migrate error "the operation is not supported on the object"

Hi,

I have 3 hosts with 1 esxi 5.0, 5.5 & 6.0, vcenter has been upgraded to 6.0, error appeared "the operation is not supported on the object" when vm migrate from 5.0 to 5.5 or 6.0, any solution? Thx!
