503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x7f3e01410280] _serverNamespace = / _isRedirect = false _pipeName =/var/run/vmware/vpxd-webserver-pipe)
vpxd startus is stop：
vpxd start ：
Vpxd started successfully but vcsa is still inaccessible. Vpxd will stop automatically after a while.
