I'm having trouble finding a similar thread, so I assume there's not one.
I have a SQL server and three times a week, I create a snapshot of it. Lately, within a few hours, that snapshot grows to be extraordinarily large, filling up the rest of the provisioned space and freezing the server. I delete the snapshot and the server runs fine again, but that puts me back in square one.
I checked all the drives within the OS and they have tons of free space. I browsed the TempDB datastore and found nothing consuming all the space that VSphere says it's used up. I have no idea what else to check. Suggestions?
